Terms and Conditions
1. You may have only one (1) account with us. The name on your Account must match your true and legal name and identity. If you have more than one (1) account or accounts in different names, then you must contact us immediately to have your accounts merged. If you have lost your Account user name or password, please contact us for a replacement. If we discover that you have more than one (1) Account, we may close some or all of your Accounts and confiscate your Account balances as set out in our Terms and Conditions.
2. We reserve the right to send particular Promotions to particular players. Promotions are intended for the addressed recipient only and cannot be transferred. If you are not the intended recipient, then the offer is null and void. We may request further information from you if you wish to participate in our special Promotions. Participation in these Promotions is completely voluntary. Therefore, you have the choice to decline to participate in any Promotion where you are required to provide further information about yourself.
3. We reserve the right to limit the number of times that a player may participate in a Promotion. Except as otherwise expressly stated in the offer itself, the Promotion is limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, credit card number and other common environments (fraternity, university, libraries, etc.). Where multiple participation is permitted, we reserve the right to limit the number of participations, in our sole discretion. Identity of participants will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, address, email address, credit/charge/debit number, IP Address and other forms of identification which may be required.
4. A promotional bonus may not be used in combination with any other promotion scheme, except as expressly offered by us and can be used only ONCE unless otherwise specified.
5. Certain release requirements or cash out restrictions must be satisfied before the Promotional Bonus can be used, played with or cashed out. These restrictions or requirements are contained or referenced in the offer itself. In any event, the Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions will be applicable. In the event of any conflict between the Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions and the terms of any respective Promotion, the terms of the specific Promotion shall prevail.
5.1. Real money Promotional Bonuses will always be subject to a deposit requirement of at least EUR 20 for players who do not have an Account with us prior to cash out of any winnings from such Promotional Bonuses.
6. All Cash Outs are subject to audit before processing as further detailed in our Terms of use. We reserve the right to reclaim bonuses or any winnings for failed audits.
7. Transfers made between accounts (player "A" transferring money to player "B") do not qualify as a deposit to claim any Promotional Bonus offer.
7.1. Reverse Cash Outs do not qualify as a deposit for any Promotional Bonus offer.
8. Hands/wagers played at tournament tables or play money tables will not be included in calculating the number of hands/wagers played for releasing the Promotional Bonus amount except in the case of points based bonus code offers where the points earned at tournaments will be taken into consideration.
9. We reserve the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate a Promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever, with or without notice. Further, these Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions may be modified or amended at any time by us by the posting of new terms herein. It is your sole responsibility to check these Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions and any applicable specific promotional offer terms before accepting any Promotional offer.
10. If these Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions, or any terms and conditions for a particular Promotion are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the Rules shall prevail where there is any inconsistency
